Senior Structural & Intermediate Mechanical Designer

We are seeking two individuals, a senior structural design engineer and an intermediate mechanical design engineer. Each candidate must have a solid background in the structural and mechanical design of a variety of heavy-duty equipment for the aggregate and mining industry. Successful applicants must have a clear knowledge of equipment layouts as well as bulk material handling equipment including conveyors (portable and stationary), stackers (telescopic and cable mast), hoppers, crushers and screening plants.

 Requirements

• Highly motivated, organized, results oriented, attention to detail, team oriented, critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, job task planning, strong English communication skills (reading & writing) and the ability to research information.
• Comprehensive understanding of mechanical calculations (structural & strength of material), industry regulatory standards and design criteria.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
• University degree in related field or degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• PEO is desirable.
